These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website, online platform, communication services, and related offerings provided by ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA (“Company”, “Business”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, registering for our services, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a course, communicating with us through WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services (RCS), email, telephone, or any other digital platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules thereunder, and generally accepted principles governing electronic commerce and digital communications. They are also intended to align with the requirements of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Google RCS Business Messaging guidelines.

1. Introduction

ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA is committed to providing educational guidance, diploma-related academic support, counselling, admissions assistance, training information, student communication, notifications, and other related services through its website and approved communication channels.

These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA. By continuing to browse, register, communicate with us, or use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you should immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

  • Account means any registered profile created by a user on our platform.
  • WhatsApp Services mean communications delivered through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • RCS Services mean verified Rich Communication Services business messaging.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

5. Eligibility

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Where any recurring plans, memberships, or subscription-based services are offered:

  • Renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of subscription.
  • Users may discontinue renewal in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
  • We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal requirements.
  • Termination does not affect obligations that accrued prior to termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA may communicate with students, prospective students, parents, and other users through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Rich Communication Services (RCS).

By voluntarily sharing your mobile number and opting to receive communications, you consent to receive messages such as:

  • Admission updates.
  • Course information.
  • Registration confirmations.
  • Payment reminders.
  • Timetable notifications.
  • Examination notices.
  • Academic announcements.
  • Customer support responses.
  • Service-related alerts.
  • Other transactional communications relevant to your interaction with the Business.

Promotional communications, where applicable, will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. Users may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting the Business.

You agree not to misuse these communication channels, impersonate the Business, or use automated means to interfere with message delivery or platform integrity.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

While ROYAL ACADEMY OF DIPLOMA endeavors to deliver communications promptly through WhatsApp, RCS, email, SMS, or other approved channels, delivery depends on factors outside our direct control, including telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, third-party platform availability, user device settings, and platform policies.

Accordingly:

  • Delivery cannot be guaranteed in every instance.
  • Delays, interruptions, filtering, or failures may occur.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining valid contact information.
  • We may discontinue communications where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or platform policy.
  • All messaging practices are intended to comply with applicable Indian law, Meta Business Messaging policies, anti-spam requirements, and Google RCS Business Messaging standards.
  • Users must not use our communication channels for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Continued use of our services signifies your acknowledgement of these communication limitations and responsibilities.
